HeiaHeia guides you to set meaningful wellbeing targets and helps you achieve them. Exercise, steps, sleep, weight: whatever your targets are, achieve them by small daily steps that accumulate into remarkable long term gains.

YOUR PERSONAL WELLBEING JOURNAL
• Keep a journal of your activities and hobbies - 600+ different activity types supported, from yoga to ice climbing and karate to CrossFit, as well as hobbies like crafts or culture.
• Micro actions: small daily actions that have a big impact on your health (note: only available in community-wide wellbeing programs)
• Built-in GPS for tracking duration, distance, and speed of outdoor activities.
• Log activities manually or sync data automatically. Easily connect with Apple Health, or other devices or apps (e.g. Garmin, Fitbit, Polar, Suunto, and more).
